3. Cherries

  • Instant or white rice
  • Foods that contain high-fructose corn syrup
  • Soda, including diet soda, fruit juice, and other sugary drinks
  • Sweet items like cookies, cakes, pastries, such as muffins, doughnuts, brownies, pies, and other sugary desserts
