1. Yoga: As the first choice, you can choose to practice yoga daily. There are many simple and effective yoga postures that can help you maintain your thyroid functions. You can indeed request your yoga teacher to guide you with poses that can help you to balance thyroid hormone secretion and make you feel energized. In addition, such yoga practices can help to improve cardio health, strengthen your body, improve flexibility and balance.

2. Walking: This is another most effective and straightforward exercise to treat your thyroid-related issues. You can choose any place to walk, but make sure that you walk for at least 1 hour every day. Walking for a longer time can help you maintain body weight, boost your energy level, and alleviate other health problems too. There is no doubt that walking is a low-impact exercise instead of cycling or swimming.

3. Exercise Bike or Elliptical: This is the next-level low-impact cardio workout choice for thyroid. Both exercise bikes and the elliptical bike can help you do the exercise at your convenient time and in a comfortable way. In addition, they are undoubtedly effective in balancing thyroid hormones.

4. Resistance Bands: This is another way of exercising for thyroid. It helps to build strength without the need to lift weights.
