Use the RICE method: You can use the RICE method, i.e., Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation, which helps in relieving the pain. You can ice your knee up for up to 15 minutes and can reduce the inflammation. Ice is known to act as an anaesthetic that gives relief to your knees.  You can also wrap your knees with a wrap or bandage that helps in restricting the blood flow that is excess and also gives heat to the affected area. 

Apple cider vinegar: The substance present in the apple cider vinegar helps in softening the mineral build-ups and also the toxins that are unhealthy. The lubricants also support in restoring the joints lubricants and also lessen the pain, and also improves mobility. Apple cider vinegar is known to be an excellent source that is known to decrease knee pain. You use apple cider vinegar by mixing it in water and drinking it daily before going to bed. 

Lemon: There are different uses of lemon, and it has different health advantages. There is an anti-inflammatory property that helps in decreasing knee pain. All you need to do is put some tiny slices of lemon in a cotton ball and then soak it in warm sesame oil. Place the cotton ball on the affected area and leave it for 05 to 10 minutes. You can do this at least twice a day till the pain is gone entirely.
