  4. Put 2-3 drops of lemon juice in a spoon of honey or ghee; take it 2-3 times a day. Grind a little bit of ginger and mix it with some water. Drink this mixture 3 times daily.
  5. Consume cinnamon tea every day.
  6. Drink goldenseal tea 2-3 times a day. 
  7. Take a pill of quercetin every day.
  8. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
  9. Drink lots of fluids, especially water and juices.
